• NEARC - the Northeast Arc Users Group holds two annual conferences: a one-day conference in the spring (in Northampton, MA) and a three-day conference in the fall. The fall conference moves from state to state each year; visit the web site for more information!
  
• ESRI User Conference - ESRI (maker of the ArcGIS software) holds a huge international conference in California every summer. It is preceded by an educators conference.
