• Annual VT GIS Conference - Each year, VCGI sponsors a themed GIS conference. 2009's conference was "Charting a Course to Green Energy in Vermont."
• Education and Training Page - links to local and national training, professional development, and education resources, including VCGI's own very introductory course offered in the summer.
• VSDP Roundtables - biannual (October and May) conferences that provide GIS professionals and novices with an opportunity to share what projects they are working on, learn about new technology, and network.
• NEARC - the Northeast Arc Users Group holds two annual conferences: a one-day conference in the spring (in Amherst, MA) and a three-day conference in the fall. The fall conference moves from state to state each year; visit the web site for more information.
